October roundup: a new dashboard, imports, free tools and better route diagnostics

New
The dashboard as a cockpit. The dashboard and the monitor page were rebuilt: charts instead of status bars, every value shown once, and monitor details split into tabs. Data updates live without a reload.
Import from UptimeRobot and Better Stack. Bring monitors and heartbeats over with a preview that fits them to your plan before anything is created. You find it on the project page under Import.
The assistant can do what the panel can. It covers monitors, incidents, status pages, maintenance and settings, knows the page you are on, and bundles several changes into one plan you confirm with one click.

Route diagnostics. MTR and traceroute runs in the Network Check now come with a summary: which locations reached the target, where routes stop, the fastest and the slowest path, and where packets get lost. Every hop shows its reverse DNS name next to the address.
API. Monitors created through the API get probe locations, and there are new endpoints to pause and resume monitors, list locations and manage maintenance windows. Everything is described in the API docs.
Consensus as a share. How many locations must agree before a monitor counts as down can be set as a share of its locations, so it keeps working when you add more.
Maintenance on status pages. A maintenance window shows on every status page it is listed for, even when none of its monitors is on that page.
Custom domains stay connected as long as either the CNAME or the TXT record still points to us. A domain is only detached after both have been gone for an hour.
A first alert in minutes. New projects get a short checklist and a one-click alert setup, so a new monitor notifies someone from the start.
