Incidents on static monitors can count as downtime

Mark a manual incident as an outage, a degradation or information only, and uptime follows what you chose.

  • Outage counts as downtime. Degraded shows on the uptime bars without lowering uptime. Information changes nothing.
  • Deleting or restoring an incident corrects the availability it recorded.
  • SLA reports show raw and adjusted uptime, with a breakdown of excluded downtime.
