Visitors can subscribe a Discord channel
A visitor pastes their own webhook, proves they manage that channel, and it receives incidents, maintenance and announcements.
- Verification happens by opening a signed link posted into the channel itself.
- The webhook is stored encrypted, never echoed back, and never pings users or roles.
- Each auto-created incident is published exactly once per page.
